CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment and well being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, necessitating a schedule adjustment. I, respectfully, request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please reach out to Rachel via text at 802-377-0063. I require a credit card to hold your appointment. A non refundable $50 deposit is required for all chemical and extension services. That deposit will be applied to the remaining total of the service. In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 48 hours before your service that deposit will count as your cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees accrued will be charged to the card on file. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service total booked. No call, no shows will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee, as well. I give my clients a grace period of 15 minutes from the start of their appointment time, if they are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In that case, you will be subject to the cancellation fee. I will do my best to reschedule you at a time that works best for both of our schedules. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to your rescheduled appointment. For quality control reasons on extension services, I do not install hair that was not purchased through me.
